100% Pinot Meunier. Crafted by father-daughter team Christophe Goulin and Marine from their perch in Sacy, a Premier Cru south of Reims. Alluring, exuberant, with racy elegance, poise, and a chalky mineral mid-palate. Black cherry fruit leads to a frothy mousse layered with vivid wildflowers, licorice, almonds, and white truffle.
A blend of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier with 8 g/L dosage. Delicate cherry and pomegranate fruit build through a vibrant, frothy mousse, anchored by racy saline-acid tension. The finish is long, juicy, and bright, with lively fruit balancing the grippy, mouthwatering structure.
An elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier made in the traditional method. Citrus and orchard fruit take center stage, framed by saline minerality that anchors the bright, crunchy fruit. The mousse is frothy, assertive, and focused. Super clean, fresh, and inviting.
Made in the méthode champenoise style from the Riverbench Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, this sparkling wine—affectionately dubbed “goat bubbles”—leaps from the glass with inviting aromas of yellow peach, poached pear, and yellow apple, all mingling like orchard fruit jam on warm, buttered croissants. The palate is enveloped in a luxuriously creamy mousse, carrying those rich fruit tones with elegance. A wet slate finish adds mineral complexity.
Such an easy-going and quaffable red, ideally served with a slight chill. Bright Bing cherry leads the way, accented by orange peel, grapefruit zest, and delicate rose petal nuances. A subtle espresso bean character adds depth, while juicy cherry and cherry pit notes carry through to the finish, where a gentle hint of incense lingers.

The fruit for this rosé comes from Yoder Vineyard, located north of Dalhart. It’s a vibrant and expressive wine—crisp and crunchy with tart red berry fruit, wild herbs, white peach, and apricot. A creamy mid-palate provides texture and balance before leading into a long, mineral-driven finish marked by refreshing acidity.

N/A

Equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Round and rich with a creaminess balanced by bracing acidity. Baked apple and buttery brioche notes. Intense mineral underpinnings. Voluptuous, succulent, and beckoning.
