The Buffalo Roam Reserve is a savory red wine that combines 65% Syrah, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Sirah, and 6% Cabernet Franc. It offers very attractive green olive tapenade notes that mingle with red currants, dried herbs, and spices. Medium-bodied, it is framed by black tea tannins and complemented by tobacco, sage, and a hint of dried spearmint on its complex finish.

Profound Secret is a blend of 36% Malbec, 36% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Petite Sirah, sourced from the winery’s Estate Vineyard and aged for 20 months in 50% new French and Eastern European oak. Winemaker Aaron Luna, who joined the winery in 2016, crafts this bottling. The estate itself was founded in the late 1990s and is owned today by Gina Cardenas. The wine is opulent, delivering mulberry fruit layered with toffee, espresso-bean nuances, and cedarwood, with blue-fruit undertones and fig jam on the palate. A pop of soy and tobacco leaf adds depth to the fairly juicy, long finish.

A blend of Bordelaise varieties aged 15 to 22 months in 30% new French oak. This is another polished, expressive wine from this producer, with a core of red and black fruit, cassis-driven and laced with elegant cedarwood spice, coriander, and a dusty mineral edge. Medium- to full-bodied with plump, juicy fruit on the mid-palate and spiced plum tones, it finishes with pressed florals and a sinewy, dusty tannic backbone that builds and lingers
