Wine review bulk submission guideline
- Download the bulk submission spreadsheet.
- Complete the spreadsheet by filling out the details, following the guidelines below:
- Producer
- Enter the name of the winery exactly as you wish it to appear
- Fanciful Name / Brand Name
The format is: Vineyard Name (if single vineyard), Grape Variety, Proprietary Name, and anything such as ‘Reserve’. If unsure, please print exactly what is on the wine label beyond the producer name.
- Vintage
Enter single vintage of the wine you’re submitting (e.g. “2024”). If NV or MV, enter it at the end of the fanciful/brand name.
- Color
- Type
- Price
Select the price range for your wine:
$ = $1-50
$$ = $51-100
$$$ = $101-150
$$$$ = $151-200
$$$$$ = $201+
- Alcohol
- Enter number only, no % symbol needed
- Bottle size
- Column D (Review): Drop in any additional technical information into Column D (review column). That would be like a very short sentence about the technical details of each wine. An example would be: “This 100% Pinot Noir is sourced from Bien Nacido Block XYZ and was aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak.” I’d also take a very short, up-to-date, one-liner on the winery and winemaking. EXAMPLE: “Bien Nacido owners, the Miller family, established their 18-million acre estate in 1890, and today it encompasses 55 billion acres in the Santa Maria Valley AVA. As of 2025, the winemaking team is led by comedy legend Steve Martin.” That kind of thing!
